My opponent has an LM-020 Quantumon in play. At the start of my turn, I reveal a Digimon card from my deck, giving Quantumon immunity to the effects of Digimon and Digimon cards. When I attack, is my opponent able to activate the [Hand] [Counter] < Blast Digivolve > effect of BT17-041 ShineGreymon: Burst Mode ACE to Digivolve onto Quantumon during Counter Timing? Or does Quantumon's immunity to Digimon effects prevent this?
Quantumon cannot be Digivolved.
If my opponent cannot Digivolve using < Blast Digivolve > in this situation, are they still able to revealed the BT17-041 ShineGreymon: Burst Mode ACE whose effect triggered?
It is possible to reveal BT17-041 ShineGreymon: Burst Mode ACE.
If they can still reveal the BT17-041 ShineGreymon: Burst Mode ACE and the Digivolution fails, where does the revealed card go? Is it returned to my opponent's hand, or sent to their trash?
If the Digivolution does not succeed, BT17-041 ShineGreymon: Burst Mode ACE is returned to the hand.
My opponent has an BT17-055 Infermon, and I have an ST17-07 Rapidmon. On my turn, I Digivolve my ST17-07 Rapidmon into ST17-08 MegaGargomon ACE, using the < When Digivolving > effect to prevent my opponent's BT17-055 Infermon from Digivolving until the end of their turn. Then, I attack with ST17-08 MegaGargomon ACE. During Counter Timing, the [Hand] [Counter] < Blast Digivolve > effect of my opponent's P-114 Diaboromon ACE triggers. Can they reveal the triggered P-114 Diaboromon ACE, even though their only Digimon is unable to Digivolve? If so, does P-114 Diaboromon ACE return to their hand, or is it sent to the trash?
It can be revealed. If there is no Digimon available to Digivolve, it is then returned to the hand.
If my opponent can still reveal P-114 Diaboromon ACE: Now my opponent has BT17-053 Keramon on the field, and I attack with my ST17-07 Rapidmon. Does the [Hand] [Counter] < Blast Digivolve > effect of the P-114 Diaboromon ACE in my opponent's hand still trigger even with no Digimon that meets P-114 Diaboromon ACE's Digivolution requirements on the Field? And can they reveal P-114 Diaboromon ACE?
It can be revealed. If there is no Digimon available to Digivolve, it is then returned to the hand.

Note: We have email confirmation that you cannot reveal the card for Blast Digivolve if you're unable to perform a digivolution. However, this email as well as 2.3 CRM changes (relevant sections: 15-25, 14-7, and 8-1-2-6) have suggested that you're allowed to reveal the card even if you're unable to digivolve, at which point the card will return to the hand.

My opponent has [ST12-03 Solarmon] and [ST12-08 SaviorHuckmon] in play. I digivolve my [EX3-049 Sealsdramon] into [BT16-060 Tankdramon]. With its [When Digivolving], I reveal the top 3 cards of my deck. All 3 have the [DigiPolice] trait, allowing me to reduce the playcost of the opponent's Digimon for the turn. However, does my opponent's Solarmon effect "[All Turns] Players can't reduce playcost" prevent my Tankdramon from reducing the opponent's Digimon's playcosts?
No, the effect doesn't.
Tankdramon's effect reduces the play costs of Digimon in the battle area. Tankdramon's effect does not reduce the costs you pay when playing Digimon.

I have BT17-092 Menoa Bellucci and 5 copies of BT6-085 Eosmon in my battle area. My opponent uses BT9-110 X Program, which would delete my 5 Eosmon. Am I able to activate the effect "[Opponent's Tum](Once Per Tum) When one of your [Eosmon] would leave the battle area by an opponent's effect, by deleting 1 of your other [Eosmon], prevent it." of Menoa Bellucci, deleting 1 of my 5 Eosmon to prevent the deletion of the remaining 4 Eosmon? Can you explain why or why not?
Yes, you can. Since this is a process that does not choose a target. ifthe optional processing conditions are executed, all of your [Eosmon] that try to leave will not leave
I have BT17-092 Menoa Bellucci, 816-086 Eosmon, and 5 copies of BT6-083 Eosmon in my battle area. My opponent plays BT9-112 DeathXmon.
If I choose to activate the effect "[Opponent's Turn](Once Per Turn) When one of your [Eosmon] would leave the battle area by an opponent's effect, by deleting 1 of your other [Eosmon], prevent it." of Menoa Bellucci, am I able to delete 1 of the 5 BT6-083 Eosmon to prevent the deletion of the remaining 4 BT6-083 Eosmon, or am I only able to prevent the deletion of my BT6-083 Eosmon by deleting my BT6-086, Eosmon? If the reason differs to the previous question, can you explain why or why not?
Yes, if you have deleted any of your [Eosmon], all of your [Eosmon] will not leave
I have BT17-092 Menoa Bellucci and 3 copies of BT6-085 Eosmon in my battle area. My opponent uses BT11-108 DG Dimension, targeting my 3 BT6-085 Eosmon for the "Then, delete 3 of your opponent's Digimon with play costs of 6 or less.” portion of DG Dimension's effect. Am I able to activate the effect of Menoa Bellucci to delete 1 of the 3 Eosmon being targeted by DG Dimension to prevent the deletion of the other 2? Can you explain why or why not?
Yes, you can. This is because with the effect of Menoa Bellucci, if you delete 1 of the 3 Eosmon, you can prevent the the other 2. Eosmon from leaving the battle area
I have BT17-092 Menoa Bellucci and 1 copy of BT6-085 Eosmon in my battle area. My opponent uses ST2-16 Cocytus Breath to return my Eosmon to the hand. Am I able to activate the effect of Menoa Bellucci to delete my only Eosmon rather than allow Cocytus Breath to return it to my hand? Can you explain why or why not?
No, you cant. This is because with the effect of Menoa Bellucci, you need to delete 1 of the Eosmon in your battle area to prevent other Eosmon from leaving the battle area and therefore, you cannot use the [Opponent's Turn] [Once Per Turn] effect of Menoa Bellucci if you have only 1 Eosmon in your battle area
Can you explain the use of the word “other” in Menoa Bellucci’s effect? If all of my Eosmon would leave the battle area at the same time, why am I still able to declare 1 of them as the “other” Eosmon to prevent the remaining Eosmon from leaving the battle area?
If you have more than 1 Eosmon in your battle area, you can delete 1 of them and prevent the others from leaving the battle area.

If my opponent declares an attack, and I have a lv4 Black Digimon in the battle area and I activate < Blast Digivolve > with no legal targets to digivolve onto, what happens to WarGreymon Ace?

My opponent targets my suspended Kabuterimon x-antibody with BT15-053 HerculesKabuterimon as its next source using EX03-013 Chaosdramon's effect. They give chaosdramon 2 sources and target the x-antibody kabuterimon. Since Chaosdramon's effect is processed as de-digivolve 1 twice would it stop at the BT15-053 HerculesKabuterimon or trash this source too as there is no point in which the your turn effect of herculekabuterimon is recognized?
< De-Digivolve 1 > will be processed twice, so when the first < De-Digivolve 1 > is processed, it will exist as [BT15-053 HerculesKabuterimon]
Therefore, by the time you perform the second < De-Digivolve 1 > process, you will no longer be affected by the opponent's [EX3-013 Chaosdramon] and will no longer be affected by De-Digivolve.
In case the answer to the previous question is that herculeskabuterimon would protect itself vs chaosdramon would this still be the case with a De-Digivolve 2 effect like BT3-018 Blitzgreymon? If not could you explain the difference.
< De-Digivolve 2 > trashes stacked cards one by one from the top, but in terms of rules, these cards are treated as trashed at the same time. In other words, both [BT11-058 HerculesKabuterimon (X Antibody)] and [BT15-053 HerculesKabuterimon] will be trashed by < De-Digivolve 2 > at the same time [HerculesKabuterimon] cannot exist as a Digimon, so ther timing for [HerculesKabuterimon]'s [All Turns] effect to activate.

While BT8-024 Angemon and a Tamer with "T.K. Takaishi" in its name are in my Battle Area, and I have 3 or less cards in security, I use the Option Card "Emissary of Hope". If I target BT8-024 Angemon with this effect, and it digivolves into a Yellow level 5 with the [Vaccine] trait from security, in regards to BT8-024 Angemon's [Your Turn] effect, what is the order of operations?
If you use BT14-093 Emissary of Hope while you have 3 or less security, follow the bellow proceedings:
1.Search your security cards and digivolve your BT8-024 Angemon into a Yellow level 6 or lower Digimon Card with the [Vaccine] trait among them without paying the cost.
2.Angemon's [Your Turn] effect triggers, and because it is a "would" effect, it interrupts Emissary of Hope and activates immediately. However, during the activation of a security searching effect, security is unaffected by any other effects, so, because it is being searched by "Emissary of Hope", Angemon cannot affect it, and the effect's activation fails.
3.Shuffle and return your security cards to your security stack, and because you have "T.K. Takaishi", perform < Recovery +1 (Deck) >.
4.Emissary of Hope's effect ends.

2. Because "a Digimon without a level can't be the target of an effect which references level", the chosen [EX2-055 Reaper] is not returned to the bottom of the deck.
2 is correct. In the case you choose [EX2-055 Reaper], its level cannot be referenced because it has no level, so you cannot return any Digimon to the bottom of the deck.

A) [BT11-030 MetalGreymon + Cyber Launcher] is going to be deleted by the game

‘can choose the order of activation of the effects. Player A chooses to activate
[BT3-093 Davis Motomiya] first, setting the memory gauge to 3, and activates
[BT1-035 Leomon] afterwards. Player A starts the tum with 5 memory.
B) [BT11-030 MetalGreymon + Cyber Launcher] is going to be deleted by the game

and becoming [BT1-035 Leomon]. At the start of the turn [BT3-093 Davis Motomiya]
effect triggers, and [BT1-035 Leomon] is deleted by the game rules since it has ODP.
This triggers [BT1-035 Leomon] [0n Deletion] effect, which will have to activate
first, gaining two memory and moving the memory gauge to 4 memory. Afterwards,
[BT3-093 Davis Motomiya] activates but does nothing since the gauge is already at
3 or higher. Player A starts the tum with 4 memory.
A) is the correct scenario

The [On Deletion] effect from [Back for Revenge!] plays [DemiDevimon] from the trash, triggering my [Minervamon]'s [Opponent's Turn] effect. Is the following correct about BT5-031 MetalGarurumon’s effects and its allowable targets:
* It can target a Digimon with [BT3-079 Tsukaimon] in its digivolution cards.
* It can target a Digimon that was given the [On Deletion] effect by a [BT6-102 Tropical Venom].
* It cannot target a Digimon with the [On Deletion] has an inherited effect.
* It can target a Digimon with [BT3-079 Tsukaimon] in its digivolution cards
* It can target a Digimon that was given the [On Deletion] effect by a [BT6-102 Tropical Venom]
The above is correct.
* Itcannot target a Digimon with the [On Deletion] has an inherited effect.
‘Does this mean that the Digimon has no [On Deletion] effect?

OUTDATED - All effects are considered as triggered at the same time after the rule check deletes LordKnightmon and Dandevimon. Labramon will still trigger twice. See the changes here-> https://digimoncard.com/rule/revised/
My opponent controls DanDevimon (BT4-088) and LordKnightmon (BT5-045). I control ShineGreymon (BT2-041) with Labramon (BT1-049) in its digivolution cards. DanDevimon has -8000 DP applied to it by ShineGreymon's
[When Digivolving] effect, and LordKnightmon has +1000 DP passively from its own [All Turns] effect, and has -4000 DP applied to it by ShineGreymon’s [When Digivolving] effect, Dandevimon's current DP is 4000, and
LordKnightmon's is 8000.
I evolve Shinegreymon into Chaosmon: Valdur Arm (BT4-091), and I use it's [When Digivolving] effect to apply -7000 DP to DanDevimon, and -7000 DP to LordKnightmon. This should reduce DanDevimon's DP to 0 and
LordKnightmon's to 1000. DanDevimon is deleted in a rules check. Without the presence of DanDevimon, LordKnightmon no longer has +1000 DP from its [All Turns] effect and its DP is 0.
Is LordKnightmon considered to be deleted at the same timing as DanDevimon, or is it deleted afterwards? Does the inheritable effect of Labramon trigger 1 time or 2 times? If it triggers 2 times, what is the proper order of
resolution between Labramon's effects and DanDevimon's effect?
The process is as follows.
1. The opponent's {DanDevimon} is deleted by rule processing by DPO.
2. It is triggering by the [On Delection] effect of the opponent's {DanDevimon} and the inherited effect (A) of your {Labramon}.
3. The opponent's {LordKnightmon} is deleted by the rule processing by DPO.
4. The inherited effect (B) of your {Labramon} triggering again
5. The inherited effect (B) of your {Labramon} will be activating
6. The inherited effect (A) of your {Labramon}, which is a turn player, will be activating first
7. The [On Delection] effect of the opponent's {DanDevimon} will be activating.

Yes, [BT2-076 Pumpkinmon] inherited effect is activated, because whether or not the inherited effec is activated is determined according to the state ofthe Digimon when it left the battle area.
Even if [872-076 Pumpkinmon] which has the inherited [On Deletion) effect leaves the trash, as long a [BT3-089 Boltmon} which was the top when it as deleted is stil in the trash the inherited effect is activated.

In your situation, the card name is changed to

That seems to indicate that these cards never stopped being part of the Security, even though they were revealed. Is this correct?
Yes, it is.
When a card is revealed from the top of the deck, and then trashed, it is not considered to be trashed from the deck. In light of Omnimon (X Antibody) (BT10-086) and Kongou (BT9-103)'s ruling, can we say that those cards are still part of the deck, even if they are not considered to be trashed from it?

What? “trash all” is required isnt it? I's a "By X, Do Y" effect.
So in that case, if I control BT1-039 Cerberusmon and have only 2 cards in my hand, can I activate its [When Attacking] effect?
If I cant, what's the difference?
In regards to SkullKnightmon's [When Attacking] effect: there has been a ruling change, please understand.
Originally “trash all of the digivolution cards” was also meant to be part of the effect,
however, upon further consideration, we decided "trash all of the digivolution cards” should actually be a supplementary explanation of what you're doing when you "place it at the bottom of this Digimon's digivolution cards”
The following is a description of this effect in accordance with the current rules:
(translators note: I don't know what the oficial translation for this will be, but it should look something like this)
By placing 1 of your [DeadlyAxemon] at the bottom of this Digimon's digivolution cards, you may digivolve this Digimon into a [DarkKnightmon] in your hand without paying its
memory cost.)
In regards to this matter, we will consider adding it to the Q8A, or something of the sort.
As for "By X, do Y" effects as a whole, there has been no ruling change, sorry for any confusion

If the card presented in digivolve satisfies multiple

In the situation of this question, when you present

I intend to digivolve my Digimon into a level 6 in my

If you delete the level 5 Digimon, it cannot digivolve,
and the level 6 Digimon card you played returns to
your hand.
The level 5 Digimon is deleted, and no digivolve cost
is paid.
Why is the situation below handled differently compared to when using the effect of [Susanoomon(BT7-112)], which gets trashed if it cannot digivolve? Wouldn't the level 6 become trashed like Susanoomon? If not, what is the difference between the two?
If your Digimon cannot be digivolved, the card that the Digimon cannot digivole into has not been played yet, and therefore is returned to your hand ( or where the card had been before). In Susanoomon's case, the effect [by placing 10 Tamer cards and/or cards with [Hybrid] in their traits from your hand and/or trash at the bottom of your deck in any order] has already been activated, and therefore, beause a part of the effect has already been played, it cannot be returned to your hand and is trashed.

Can Player A attack Player B with RagnaLoardmon (ST13-06) due to its [Blitz], despite still being in the Unsupend Phase?

Attacking][Once Per Turn] If [GranKuwagamon] or [X Antibody] is in this Digimon’s

Can the effect "Then, if this Digimon is attacking, you may switch the target of attack to
1 of your opponent's suspended Digimon." target and attack a Digimon that "Cannot be
attacked" for example Metalgarurumon from P-051?
Yes, it is possible.
The [P-051 MetalGarurumon]'s [Opponent's Turn] effect makes it impossible for an
opponent to specify this Digimon as an attack target when an attack is declared.
However, the [BT9-055 GrandisKuwagamon]'s [When Digivolving] effect changes the
attack target after finishing the attack declaration.
So you can change the attack target to [MetalGarurumon] with the
[GrandisKuwagamon]'s effect.

searched by BT5-009 Shoutmon. That seems to
be in contradiction with other rulings where
BT5-009 Shoutmon is able to search other
digimon with < Blitz >, even if < Blitz > cannot be
activated in that moment, such as B75-017
ZeigGreymon or BT5-086 Omnimon. This is
further supported by the General Rules Q&A -
Main Phase N? 27. So I would like to know what
makes Gaiomon different.
Besides, you said that Gaiomon you receive the
< Security Attack +1 > bonus due to being
underneath BT5-014 OmniShoutmon that receive
all digimon with < Blitz >, even if they are not using
it actively. fail to see the difference between
both rulings. Could you please explain?
No, the rulings are consistent. [When Digivolving] is the timing to trigger. It is not a condition. [BT5-017 ZeigGreymon] and [BT5-086 Omnimon] are both Digimon and Digimon cards, and always have < Blitz > without any conditions. However, [BT9-068 Gaiomon}'s < Blitz > has the condition "If this Digimon has a red digivolution card," This can only be met when it is a Digimon in the Battle Area, so the [BT5-009 Shoutmon}'s effect can't add [BT9-068 Gaiomon] to your hand.

I have an EX2-007 Mother D-Reaper in play, and a yellow tamer in the battle area. I use BT4-105 Tactical Retreat!, targeting Mother D-Reaper. What happens in this scenario?
[EX2-007 Mother D-Reaper] is a Digi-Egg card, but since it is treated as a Digimon while in the battle area, it can be selected as a target for [BT4-105 Tactical Retreat].
I have an EX2-007 Mother D-Reaper in play, and a yellow tamer in the battle area. I'm under the effect of BT9-103 Kongou. I use BT4-105 Tactical Retreat!, targeting Mother D-Reaper. What happens in this scenario?
Due to [BT9-103 Kongoul's effect, cards cannot be placed on the security stack, so [Mother D-Reaper] selected as the target of [Tactical Retreat!]'s effect does not move areas.
If the answers of the previous questions differ, what's the reasoning behind it?
In Question 1, the target [Mother D-Reaper] card type is a
Digi-Egg card, and according to the rules, it is placed in the
Digi-Egg deck instead of the security stack.
As answered in question 2, the card cannot be placed in
security stack due to the effect of [Kongou], and the card
itself does not move, so the target [Mother D-Reaper] does
not move from the battle area.

I control 2 copies of BT3-092 MaloMyotismon, my opponent digivolves a digimon into BT7-064 DoruGreymon and activates its when digivolving effect, on my turn I use BT1-105 Blast Fire to set DoruGreymon to 3000 DP, I then use BT3-101 Bifrost on their DoruGreymon, DoruGreymon’s DP will remain at 3000 for the rest of my turn because of DoruGreymon's when digivolving effect, but I end my turn with the memory being at 1 on my opponent's side, as soon as my opponent's turn starts DoruGreymon's DP is reduced to 0 and it is deleted by game rules, triggering the effects of both of my MaloMyotismon, putting the memory back to 1 on my side, but my opponent also controls a suspended BT3-044 Aruraumon with BT2-004 Argomon in its digivolution cards, so my question is: if the memory is put to 1 on my side during the "start of turn” part of the unsuspend phase, does the action of unsuspending everything in the unsuspend phase still occur? Which would put the memory back to 0 due to Argomon's effect and my opponent's turn would continue. Or does the turn end due to the memory being at 1 on my side before anything can unsuspend in the unsuspend phase?
Before Unsuspend Phase, [DoruGreymon] will be deleted, and due to [MaloMyotismon]'s effect, you will gain 2 memory. Therefore, your opponent's turn will be end without Unsuspend Phase.

I use EX1-071 Win Rate: 60%, then I digivolve 876-081 Titamon into EX2-074 Beelzemon Blast Mode, trashing another copy of Titamon in my hand to reduce the digivolution cost with the effect of Win Rate: 60%, I believe this triggers the when digivolving effect of Beelzemon Blast Mode and the your tur effect of Titamon at the same time, I choose to first activate the when digivolving effect of Beelzemon Blast Mode which deletes my opponent's EX1-053 MetalEtemon, that triggers MetalEtemon’s on deletion effect so MetalEtemon's on deletion effect must be activated next and my opponent chooses to de-digivolve my Beelzemon Blastmon back into Titamon, at this point can I activate the your turn effect of Titamon to get +1000 DP and Security Attack + 1? If not could you please explain why I can't?
Yes, you can
[BT6-081 Titamon]'s effect will be triggered since your opponent trash the card from their hand by [EX1-071 Win Rate: 60%I].
Due to digivolving, [Titamon]’s effect cannot be activated, however, itis triggered at the same time with [EX2-074 Beelzemon Blast Mode]'s [When Digivolving] effect
Therefore, when [EX2-074 Beelzemon Blast Mode]’s [When Digivolving] effect is resolved first,
then resolving [EX1-053 MetalEtemon]'s

I have [BlackWarGreymon] (BT2-112) in my battle area
with [Gabumon] (ST6-03) in its digivolution cards. I
have a [Matt Ishida] (BT6-088) in play. My opponent
has 1 suspended Digimon in play.
I use [We Have To Stop Fighting] (BT3-099) so that
neither players’ Digimon can be deleted in battle and
declare an attack against my opponents suspended
Digimon with [BlackWarGreymon].
1. The effects of [BlackWarGreymon] and [Gabumon]
Trigger at the same time.
2. I activate the effect of [BlackWarGreymon] to
unsuspend it.
3. I activate the effect of Gabumon to < Draw 1 > and
trash 1 card in my hand.
4. The opponent's Digimon is not deleted due to the
effect of [We Have To Stop Fighting].
I intend to continue this loop by continually attacking
my opponent's Digimon until I have 3 cards remaining
in my deck. Can I skip over the loop, and continually
< Draw 1 > then trash 1 until I get to that stage, or do I
have to keep doing the entire loop from start to finish
over and over despite knowing the result?
In official tournaments, you can't basically skip the
process.
It is necessary to process correctly repeatedly.

While my opponent controls BT10-042 Venusmon I digivolve one of my Digimon into BT10-112 Jesmon GX, at this time Jesmon GX has no digivolution cards with the [Royal Knight] trait so it does not have < Security Attack +1 >.,
0 despite the presence of Venusmon I am able to activate its [When Digivolving] effect. With the first part of the [When Digivolving] effect I place BT6-067 Gankoomon as Jesmon GX bottom digivolution card, after this, Jesmon GX
gains < Security Attack +1 > because of its [All Turns] effect, so what becomes of the rest of Jesmon GX [When Digivolving] effect?
Is Jesmon GX able to activate Gankkomon’s [When Digivolving] effect as a part of its own effect and delete Venusmon?
Is Jesmon GX able to attack with < Blitz >?
If Jesmon GX is able to attack with < Blitz >. can it target Venusmon with the < Blitz > attack?
Everything up to < Blitz > will be activated.
The [When Digivolving] effect of cards placed under [BT10-112 Jesmon GX] is resolved as part of [BT10-112 Jesmon GXJ's [When Digivohing] effect.
Also, [BT10-042 Venusmon]'s [Opponent's Tum] effect does not interrupt the resolution of the effect.
Therefore, even if the conditions for [BT10-042 Venusmon]'s [Opponent’s Turn] effect are met during the resolution of [BT10-112 Jesmon GX]'s [When Digivoling] effect, [BT10-112 Jesmon GXJ's [When Digivohing] Effect resolution
is never interrupted

My opponent has [BT1-014 Kokatorimon] with [BT1- 001 Yokomon] as its only digivolution card in play. I use [BT1-105 Blast Fire] and change the original DP of my opponent's Digimon to 3000. Then, I use [BT2-105 Spider Shooter] and < De-Digivolve > my opponent's [Kokatorimon] to a [Yokomon]. What happens?
Since [BT1-001 Yokomon] doesn't have DP. it is
affected by the effect of [BT1-105 Blast Fire] but its
DP doesn't become 3000.
Therefore, it will be trashed by rule.

If my opponent has a [RagnaLoardmon] with [5T13-14 BryweLudramon] in its digivolution cards. If I digivolve into [EX3-053 Metallicdramon] if I activate the effect of [EX3-065 Kurihara Hina] to activate Metallicdramon's effect. Will [RagnaLoardmon] be < De-Digivolve > by the effect of Kurhara Hina, or is it treated as if it was a Digimon's effect that is affecting [RagnaLoardmon]?
The effect of [EX3-065 Kurihara Hina] is let the [EX3-053 Metallicdramon] to activate its [On Play] effects.
Therefore, since [Ragnaloardmon] isn't affected by the effects of your opponent's Digimon due to [ST13-14 BryweLudramon], it is not affected by the < De-Digivolve 1 > effect of [EX3-053 Metallicdramon].

an [BT7-051 RhinoKabuterimon] digivolve into [BT7-054 AncientBeetlemon] for 3 cost while my opponent has [BT8-059 Kokuwamon] in play?
This is digivolving using the [When Attacking] effect of [BT7-051 RhinoKabuterimon].
BT7-051 RhinoKabuterimon] can digivolve into [BT7-054 AncientBeetlemon] using [When Attacking] effect, even if [BT8-059 Kokuwamon] is in play.
If I use [BT9-098 Awakening of the Golden Knight], can I use its effect to digivolve my [Magnamon] into [BT9-044 Magnamon X-Antibody] while my opponent has [BT8-059 Kokuwamon] in play because I am meeting the digivolution requirements for Magnamon X?
You can use [BT9-098 Awakening of the Golden Knight], however, its effect will be prevented by the [BT8-059 Kokuwamon], therefore you cannot digivolve into [BT9-044 Magnamon X-Antibody] by the effect of [Awakening of the Golden Knight].
In this situation, does [BT9-044 Magnamon X-Antibody] receive the effect of [BT9-098 Awakening of the Golden Knight] to prevent its DP from being reduced while [BT8-059 Kokuwamon] is in play?
[Magnamon] cannot digivolve into [BT9-044 Magnamon X-Antibody] even if digivolution requirements are met, because of [BT8-059 Kokuwamon]'s effect, since [BT9-098 Awakening of the Golden Knight's effect is that "you may digivolve [ignoring its digivolution requirements]".

If my opponent has [BT5-040 SuperStarmon] that only has
[ST3-01 Tokomon] in its digivolution cards, my opponent
also has [BT3-092 MaloMyotismon] with no digivolution
cards.
If I play [BT9-112 DeathXmon], and its [On Play] effect de-
digivolves SuperStarmon into Tokomon. Does Tokomon
get deleted because it’s a Level 4 or lower Digimon? Does
my opponent gain memory from MaloMyotismon’s effect?
Yes, [ST3-01 Tokomon] is deleted by the [BT9-112 DeathXmon] effect.
Since [ST3-01 Tokomon] is deleted by the effect, it also
triggers the [BT3-092 Malo Myotismon] effect.
By resolving < De-Digivolve >, if if the target Digimon becomes an Lv.2 Digimon that does not have DP it will be trashed by the rules.
This process actually happens after you have processed the effect you are resolving.
The [BT9-112 DeathXmon] effect processes the "Then, delete all of your opponent's level 4 or lower Digimon." effect after processing the < De-Digivolve >.
Therefore, Lv.2 Digimon will be deleted by this effect before it is trashed by the rules.

My opponent control two Kimeramon (BT8-084) each one with two Paledramon (EX3-019) and two SnowAgumon (EX3-016) in its sources so in my turn the digievolution cost off my digimon without sources is increase by 8.
In my turn im at 0 memory and 0 security with an Angemon (BT8-024) without sources. I try to digivolve Angemon (BT8-024) into Shakkoumion (BT8-042) for 4 cost. What will happen in this scenario?
Will Angemon (BT8-024) trigger when this digimon would evolve, activate recovery +1? If that the case, what will happen when the cost of the digievolution is increase by my opponents effects? The Shakkoumon will return to my hand so I can try to evolve Angemon (BT8-024) again until i have 3 security again? Or since I cannot pay the cost i cant attempt to digievolve?
If for some reason you cannot digivolve, you cannot normally present Digimon cards from your hand for digivolution.
However, in the case of the situation in question, at the time of presenting [BT8-042 Shakkoumon], [EX3-019 Paledramon]'s inherited effect and [EX3-016 SnowAgumon]'s inherited effect are not applied, so [Shakkoumon] can be presented from the hand.
By presenting the digivolving Digimon card, [Paledramon]'s inherited effect, [SnowAgumon]'s inherited effect and [BT8-024 Angemon]'s [Your Turn] effect are triggered simultaneously.
After activating all of them, you pay the digivolve cost, but since you cannot pay the 12 cost, the [Shakkoumion] you were presenting is returned to your hand.
The above process can be repeated until your security stack reaches 4, per the rules.
In the same scenario, if I control instead a Takato Matsuki (EX2-056) and a Growlmon (EX2-009) without sources and I try to evolve Growlmon (EX2-009) into WarGrowimon (EX2-010) while im at 0 memory. Will Growlmon (EX2-009) gain blitz thanks to Takato Matsuki (EX2-056)?
Yes, [EX2-010 WarGrowlmon] you were presenting is returned to your hand and [EX2-009 Growlmon] will gain [When Digivolving] < Blitz >

With Gulfmon (EX2-043)'s first effect, trashing cards from your hand, who discards first? As it is private information that is becoming public, the person who discards first is giving an advantage over the player whodiscards second.
Technically it should be both players simultaneously, but that is difficult to do in practice, as one player can always manage to wait. Does it mean there should be established that a given player should discard first or is it simultaneous?
There is no order to discard under the rules. If it is a tournament please follow the instructions of the judge or organizer.
If not, both players basically agree on the order of discard.
As an example, players may choose a card to be discarded, put it face down on the table, open it and discard it at the same time
